CCSU Finance Association Stock Market Competition <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

CCSU Finance Association is hosting their first ever Central Connecticut State University Stock Market Competition. The Spring 2026 competition is open to all students; you do not have to be in the Finance Association or School of Business to participate. It is free to register.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prizes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1st Place – $300 Amazon gift card<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2nd Place – $200 Amazon gift card<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3rd Place – $100 Amazon gift card<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Official Rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students must be currently enrolled at Central Connecticut State University for the Spring 2026 semester.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students are allowed only one entry with their active Central email address. If declared a winner, students must show proof of enrollment before receiving the prize amount. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration will open Monday, February 16th, 2026<\/strong>, and close on Saturday, February 28th, 2026<\/strong>. Trading will begin at the time you register<\/strong>, through Friday, May 15th, 2026<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting Cash: $1,000,000 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trades per week: No minimum or maximum requirement (unlimited) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

% limit invested in any one security: 20% <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products traded: Stocks, ETFs, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Options, Spots, Futures, and Future Options (we are open to everything) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day Trading, Short Selling, and Buying on Margin are allowed<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
