  1. Teams start with $100,000 in their portfolio and $50,000 on margin.<\/li>\n
  2. Teams have ten weeks to invest.<\/li>\n
  3. To enter an order, a ticker symbol, the number of shares and the type of\u00a0order is required.<\/li>\n
  4. Stocks must have price of at least $3.00 per share.<\/li>\n
  5. Buy and sell orders can be in any quantity.<\/li>\n
  6. Teams may not invest more than 25% of their total equity in any one\u00a0company.<\/li>\n
  7. 3X4 rule. By the end of the 4th week, each team should have at least 3\u00a0stocks in their portfolio and continue to hold at least three for the remainder\u00a0of the program. Teams that do not meet this will not be eligible for awards.<\/li>\n
  8. A 1% broker\u2019s fee is charged every time the team buys or sells. For\u00a0example, if you buy 100 shares of a stock at $10 per share, you must pay\u00a0the 1% of $1000 or $10.<\/li>\n
  9. Teams may buy stocks on margin (borrow money). 8% interest is charged\u00a0weekly on funds borrowed.<\/li>\n
  10. No more than 100 buys or sells can be made.<\/li>\n
  11. Teams are allowed to short sell and short cover.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
